Barbara - Ahimsa
I am an anthropologist and human geographer. I have lived in Nepal, Romania, Nicaragua and El Salvador where I worked with street children and youth gangs. My different journeys have left me with an immense gratitude for the gift of diversity.

At the age of 26, I started vipassana meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka . Vipassana is my foundation. It brought me awareness and the capacity to remain present with whatever happens.

Eight years ago I started to walk the path of Tantra. Tantra is where I found my home and true heart longing. I have done retreats at different schools, but my gratitude goes in particular to my teacher and friend Pema Gitama. Over the last years, I travelled to Peru to reconnect with the ancestral wisdom, the teachings of healing plant medicines and the Andean traditions.

I share mediations, rituals and ceremonies from these spiritual paths, from my own experience, and with a kind and joyful heart. I am intuitive and to the point. I can easily bring clarity and a broader perspective. I do this lovingly and with a touch of humor.
