About the event
During this ceremony, I guide you through a number of meditations from the Tantric Buddhist tradition.
I first give a brief explanation of this tradition.
The meditations take you out of your head and into your grounded body. They bring you back to your essence and your deepest being.
From their you connect with others from the heart, from soul to soul, beyond words.
Cacoa is called the food of the gods. It brings you relaxation and wisdom and unveils the secrets of the soul. I work with ceremonial cocoa of the highest quality.
This evening is ideal for discovering the beauty of (different kinds) of meditation. This evening is also for those who would like to deepen their meditation practice.
