On the Edge is where the magic happens. It is where we realize the overwhelming beauty and brevity of life. It is where we find bliss and extasy, but also where we meet our shadows and fears. On the edge is where we realize we can fly high, but also fall deep. It is a thrilling place to be, but also scary and challenging.

Some of us like to look for the edge, but, inevitably, all of us come to stand on the edge so now and then, as life brings us in situations that push us there: falling in love, heartbreak, finding new friends, losing old ones, success and failure at work, moments of self-doubt, motherhood or not having children, excitement over new things to come and grief over what is no more, love, losing dear ones, etc. These are all situations that push us closer to our edge, from those thrilling moments full of joy looking up to the bright sunny sky to those moments you reluctantly look into the dark abyss.
We meet different kinds of edges during our lives, small and wide, deep and shallow, however, if we allow it, they all function as a mirror to get to understand better who we are, where we come from and where we are going. By bringing more awareness into our lives, we can learn to walk the edge in beauty. We learn to balance and dance on the edge with elegance and grace, surrendering in full gratitude for the amazing mystery of live and death, fully aware, fully alive. This is the greatest gift.

I lovingly support you to walk your edge with more balance and grace. I do this in many ways, in ceremonies, through rituals and meditation, and individual coaching.
